Ambulance Online Payments
Payment Options & Fees
You can now pay your McIntosh County Emergency Medical Service (EMS) bills securely online using a credit or debit card. To use this optional payment method you will need your bill's "Statement Number", the Date of Service, Zip Code, and Last Name.
Accepted Cards
Credit / Debit cards accepted are VISA®, MasterCard®, Discover ®, and American Express® in U.S. dollars (USD).
Privacy & Protection
McIntosh County does not collect personal or financial information through the payment interface and abides by all provisions of the Privacy Policy.
Adjustments or Errors
If you believe an error or adjustment needs to be addressed, you may contact our Ambulance Billing Services at (952) 469-6194 or visit the office in person. Every effort will be made to address your concerns prior to payment.
Acknowledgment & Acceptance
Use of the online payment portal requires Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher with Javascript enabled. Third-party security software/firewalls or custom browser security options settings may interfere with this payment process. If you have problems completing your payments online, you may try temporarily disabling your personal security/firewall software and returning Internet Explorer security settings to default.

Medical Record Requests
To acquire a medical record you must have a medical authorization signed by the patient, the patient's guardian, or a subpoena. Requests for Medical Records must be made in writing with the patient's full name, address, date of the incident, and approximate time of day to assist in locating the report.
